About Grenzeloos Maastricht
Grenzeloos Maastricht is in full development. We are currently working on two high-impact projects: scaling up a small-scale work-study program in healthcare and launching an AI interpreter that helps people communicate more easily with each other. Our small team consists of the owners and several participants in our work-study program.
What will you learn and discover?
As an intern, you'll have the opportunity to discover how to reach new target groups and develop a communication strategy. You'll meet organizations and non-Dutch-speaking individuals who benefit from our AI interpreting services. You'll devise and test creative ways to reach these groups.
This isn't your typical desk-based communications internship—you'll be experimenting, trying things out, and pioneering. Because our team is small, you'll work independently and often alone. This gives you plenty of freedom and space to learn by doing. Your own ideas and initiatives are encouraged.
Who are we looking for?
- You are curious and like to try new things
- You can work independently and you don't mind working alone a lot.
- You like to go out and meet people
- You dare to experiment and learn from what works (and what doesn't work)

What are you going to do?
- Thinking about how we can best reach our target groups
- Discover which communication channels and approaches work for our projects
- Networking and making contacts with organizations
- Looking for non-native speakers who can benefit from our AI interpreter
- Experimenting: trying out, learning, adjusting
What do we offer?
- A unique learning environment where you really get the space to pioneer
- Lots of personal responsibility and freedom to experiment
- You work on innovative projects with direct social impact
